The Girl Effect

- Post dedicated to Blog Action Day 2008 -

I thought this campaign was worthy of making a post about. Not only does it have the strong dynamic graphics to grab viewers attention and keep it, but it also looks to the future to find a solutoin to get people out of poverty. The idea is to invest in a girl and the world around her becomes elevated. Women I believe are the key to helping those in other countries climb out of poverty - seeing how poverty itself is a very matriarchal society.
